Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a “Marketing Associate” who will contribute to the growth journey of this initiative.
- Social Media management: Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and YouTube to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Content creation: Create, curate and manage all published content (images, videos, written posts) ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
- Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Branding strategies: Assist in developing digital campaigns, social media collaborations, and other initiatives to enhance brand positioning.
- Video and design: Support basic video shooting/editing and design requirements using tools like Canva or Adobe.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and execution.
- Proficiency in design and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe).
- Ability to think creatively to develop unique marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt and grow within a dynamic environment.
Experience: Fresher or 6 months – 1 year of experience in relevant field (Media and Marketing)
Expected: 3 – 3.5 LPA
